不少人都希望在自己選擇的地方離世。現實卻是大部份人，並非 「如願渡終年」。所以，病者、家人與醫護人員的溝通非常重要，彼此坦誠溝通、互相體諒，才能予臨終者最安穩的關懷。 Good Communication ensures good care. In order to build up trust and credibility, good communication among patients, families and health care workers is essential.
